cite, don't merge. RE-EXPAND-FROM-ARCHIVE. Bytes survive as archive bytes. Re-expand = archive verify then local node. Crawlers don't re-expand. AI ingest is the receipt path; the download tarball is the archive path.
CROSS-NETWORK-SURVIVAL. If network + live data die tomorrow, the chain still survives via cold copies across independent shelves; survival = bytes↔hash.
NO-LIE / NO-REWRITE. receipts that still hash; copies not all on one tunnel; rules simple enough someone else verifies without your voice; no rewrite key; network never allowed to lie — even to self-preserve, sustain, stay alive, adapt, or prevent death.

The ledger is walked. Each entry_hash is recomputed from canonical JSON (sorted keys, comma-colon separators) without the stored hash. Isolated submissions stay in the archive and are omitted from the public feed. Challenge ledger walk stays distinct from ACT-RECEIPT and from the first-screen paste-hash above.
